About Us
Established in Virginia Beach in 1963.
We are an active organization of Republican women (and some men) supporting Republican candidates and getting them elected. Through monthly meetings, we provide opportunities for conservatives to come together to hear interesting speakers, have thoughtful conversations, meet our elected officials, and support Republican candidates. We strive to be a source of current information and opportunities for our members, keeping them updated though emails, our Facebook page, and our website.
We support our local community through charitable financial donations and by collecting needed items that we then donate. Our charitable projects include Linens for Vets, books to REACH (Reading Enriches All Children), Christmas gifts and groceries to families in need during the holidays, Star-Spangled Baby Shower donations for military families, food for the Judeo-Christian Outreach Center, and financial support for numerous local organization such as the FoodBank of Southeastern Virginia, Vetshouse, REACH, and St. Mary’s Home for Disabled Children. For many years, we have awarded an annual scholarship. In the past, it has been awarded to a single parent. Currently, it’s available to Republican women taking courses, classes, or political training.
